Remember with Visualisation

Visualisation can greatly improve your capacity to remember.

Try to imagine seeing the things you are trying to learn.

If you are learning about how people communicate; don’t just read the words of a text book: but imagine two people communicating, using techniques described in that book.

If  you see someone use a tool and can recall that image; you will remember easier.

Compare this with reading a description of how to use the tool; and trying to remember the words of that description. Images are often easier to recall than written words!
